Policy

To book an appointment a credit card must be held on file to reserve your selected appointment time. Cancellations and reschedules require a 24 hour notice. If the cancellation is within the 24 hour window, you will be charged %50 of the service booked. The card is only used when the cancellation policy isn’t met or to pay at the time of service completion.
